Two-step sign-in protects your account if your password is ever exposed.
- Install an authenticator app on your phone, e.g. Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator or the one built into your password manager.
- Scan this QR code in the app (add account › scan).
Can't scan? Choose "enter a setup key" and type:

Your recovery codes
If you lose your phone, each code signs you in once in place of the 6-digit code. They are shown only this once. Store them in your password manager or print them and keep them somewhere safe. Never send them to anyone, including FullMesh.

Clients and portal users
Each person signs in with their own email, password and (for client admins, required) two-step code. Manage people, reset links and two-step resets in Admin › client › Portal users. This quick form is for local rehearsal and refuses duplicate names.
People in your organization
Client admins see every ticket for the organization and can approve changes. Client users see the tickets they opened or were copied on.
FullMesh manages portal users for your organization. Ask FullMesh to add someone.

Owner account not set up
You signed in with the legacy owner access code. On this computer run:
node admin.mjs create-owner --email you@example.com
Open the link it prints, choose a password and set up two-step sign-in. The access code stops working as soon as the command runs.
